The Federation has worked in partnership with the NHS, local authorities, and voluntary organisations to deliver a range of integrated services to local people. The Federation continues to strive to provide the best possible care and support to the people of Barnsley and the surrounding area.

It is our aim to create an environment where people can meet, share and connect.

The centre will be home to services and events that bring together local groups and residents.

History of Our building

Barnsley Healthcare Federation CIC purchased The Priory Campus on 2nd March 2023. Barnsley Healthcare Federation was established in 2015 as an NHS provider and not-for-profit community interest company working to improve healthcare in Barnsley.

The aim of the Federation is to ensure that primary healthcare services in Barnsley and the surrounding area are delivered with a focus on quality, efficiency, and patient experience. Since then, Barnsley Healthcare Federation has developed and grown, providing services to local people, from urgent care and mental health support to physiotherapy and community health services.

My local doctors surgery. It’s clean and tidy and the staff are ok but trying to get an appointment is nearly impossible as no one seems to be able to answer the phone

Attended function for Crossroads on Saturday, lovely food, help yourself buffet, the tables were invited to go in turn to help self to food as I say food very nice it was just the last 3 tables didn’t have the choice the 1st tables had, food sparce when our turn but again can’t fault the quality of food. Fantastic entertainment by Angel Voices, some amazing up & coming talent, brilliant 👌👏❤️xx
